Refund Policy

No Refunds

At eros-me.com, operated by Z Media LTD, we sell digital products only (eBooks, guides, artwork, audio, video, wallpapers, printables). Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. Once a purchase has been completed and the product has been delivered (via download link or email), we cannot issue a refund, return, or exchange. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you lose your right to withdraw or request a refund once the digital content is delivered.

Exceptions for Technical Issues

We will make exceptions only in cases where the product file is corrupted, unusable, or you received the wrong product due to an error on our part. In such cases, we will replace the product with the correct or working version, or provide an alternative solution at our discretion.

Support Requests

If you experience a problem with your purchase, contact us at hello@eros-me.com within 7 days of your purchase. Provide your order number and details of the issue. We will respond within 48 hours to resolve the problem.

Unauthorized Purchases

We are not responsible for purchases made by unauthorized users (for example, if someone else uses your account or payment method without permission). Please keep your account details secure.
